Coverings of Configurations, Prime Configurations, and Orbiconfigurations

This exploratory paper considers the notion of a covering configuration and $G$-coverings which are coverings that quotients under semi-regular group action. We consider prime configurations, those cannot $G$-cover other before considering orbiconfigurations.
